A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE BOARDS OF COMMISSIONERS OF FRATERNAL
CEMETERY AND OAKLAND CEMETERY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A public hearing is hereby designated to be held in the
Board of Directors Chambers, City Hall, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. January 2,
1974, for the purpose of considering the proposition of consolidating into
one Board of Commissioners those Boards of Commissioners of Fraternal
Cemetery and Oakland Cemetery to provide for the single control, operation
and maintenance responsibilities of said cemeteries and for other purposes.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
