5101 RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,101
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF FIRE HYDRANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1974 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . During the calendar year 1974 whenever the
Chief of the Little Rock Fire Department, with the approval
of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Bureau, shall select locations
within the City of Little Rock for fire hydrants deemed neces-
sary for adequate fire protection for the City of Little Rock
and requests the Board of Water Works Commissioners of the
Little Rock Municipal Water Works to install same, the said
Board of Water Works Commissioners shall have full authority
to install said hydrants and charge rental therefor as herein-
after provided.
SECTION 2. The rates for hydrants installed under this
Resolution shall be as set forth in Section 501 , Article V,
of the Trust Indenture dated February 1 , 1964 , between the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and Morgan Guaranty Trust Com-
pany of New York.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
