5100 RESOLUTION NO 5,100
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR CERTAIN
EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation for bids have been duly published and
bids received in accordance therewith for the purchase of certain
equipment; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bids based
on said invitations have been determined and it is the desire
of the Board of Directors to award contracts accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Contracts are hereby awarded to the following
successful bidders for the purchase of equipment as set out
below:

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the above identified equipment
complying in all respects with bidding requirements and specifi-
cations , the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
thereof.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
