RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR
MISSOURI STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 631
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Missouri Street Improvement District
No. 631 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have made due report to the City
Board of Directors that they are qualified for office and have organized,
have formed plans for their improvements, have estimated the costs
thereof, and have recommended the appointment of Kenneth L. Taylor
Jeff Stewart , and Glenn Narrell all duly qualified
electors of Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits
in said District:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that the report is approved and
that Kenneth L. Taylor , Jeff Stewart , and Glenn
Narrell be and they are hereby elected assessors for
Missouri Street Improvement District No. 631 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and they are directed to take the oath of office and to assess the
benefits to be received by each and every other lot, parcel or tract
of land within said District by reason of the proposed improvements .
