A RESOLUTION DENYING THE REQUEST FOR A BUILDING
PERMIT AND RESERVING FOR FUTURE PUBLIC ACQUISITION
CERTAIN LANDS SITUATED IN THE NE4 NW1/4, SECTION 22,
T-2-N, R-13-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO BE USED
FOR PARK AND PARKWAY OR ROADWAY PURPOSES ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The request for a building permit to provide im-
provements on the following described real property situated in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, which property is situated within the
lands designated by the City ' s Master Parks Plan for park purposes,
is hereby denied :
"A tract of land described as all of the NE4 NW4, Section 22,
T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, South of the C/L of
Little Maumelle River, excluding the 100 foot R/W of the
Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad, and the 60 foot
I-430 frontage road R/W and approximately 1.25 + acres of
land bounded by the South line of the 100 foot Railroad
R/W, the E line of the 60 foot frontage road R/W and the
S plat line of said NE4 NW4, Section 22 .
SECTION 2 . The land described in Section 1 hereof is reserved
for future acquisition by the City to be used for parks and parkway
or roadway purposes in keeping with the provisions of the City' s
Master Parks Plan, such reservation to extend for one year from
August 1, 1973 .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
