A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CORRECTION RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT IN ORDER TO
CORRECT THE EASEMENT CONTAINED IN A PREVIOUS EASEMENT
GRANTED TO THE NATURAL GAS PIPELINE COMPANY OF AMERICA
DATED AUGUST 28, 1968, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . On August 28, 1968, the City of Little Rock granted
to the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America a certain right-of-
way easement recorded in Deed Book 1045 at Page 635 in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas . It has
come to the attention of the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock that the said pipeline, particularly as it crosses the Little
Rock Port Industrial Park, was not precisely located within the ease-
ment granted in 1968. Accordingly, a new description has been pre-
pared showing the precise location of the pipeline; and the easement
dated August 28, 1968, should be corrected to show the correct
description of the pipeline easement as follows :
A pipeline easement located in the Little Rock Port Industrial
Park Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Sections 16
and 21, Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas , more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land described as being bounded by a line 25
feet westerly and another line 100 feet easterly of a
line described as commencing at the Northwest corner of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 16 ; thence North 1°
31 ' 33" East 496 . 48 feet along the West line of the South-
west 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16 to a
point on the North line of said Port Subdivision; thence
South 89° 29 ' 08" East 564 . 15 feet along said North line
to the point of beginning; thence South 8° 10 ' 35" West
3 , 106 . 96 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line
of Frazier Pike , said point being North 88° 47 ' 31" West,
90 . 60 feet on said North right-of-way line from the South-
west corner of Tract D, Area 101 of said Port Subdivision;
thence South 11° 07 ' 29" West 121. 82 feet across the 120-
foot right-of-way of said Frazier Pike to a point on the
South right-of-way line of said Frazier Pike; thence con-
tinuing South 11° 07 ' 29" West 46 . 18 feet to a point; thence
South 17° 14 ' 27" West 1 ,263 . 34 feet to the intersection
of said line and the South line of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 21, said intersection
being South 88° 47 ' 55" East 1 ,148. 18 feet from the South-
west corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 21 .
Less and except a parcel of land described as beginning
at the Southwest corner of Tract D, Area 101 of said Little
Rock Port Industrial Park Subdivision; thence South 88°
37 ' 31" East 10 . 14 feet along the North right-of-way line

of said Frazier Pike to a point; thence North 8° 10 ' 35"
East 290 . 32 feet to a point; thence North 88° 47 ' 31"
West 9 . 38 feet to a point; thence South 8° 13 ' 48" West
290 . 36 feet to the point of beginning. Said less and
except parcel contains 0 . 07 acres more or less .
Said pipeline easement contains 13 . 0 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America
a correction Easement containing the corrected description said
Easement being in substances and form as the copy attached hereto .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.

CORRECTION RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
THIS CORRECTION RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT is entered into this
2.4'-'d day of , 1973, between the City of Little Rock,
Grantor, and Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, Grantee, in order to
correct the easement description contained in a previous easement granted
to Natural Gas Pipeline Compan y of America.
In order to correct the easement description contained in an easement
executed August 28, 1968, by City of Little Rock, Grantor, and Natural Gas
Pipeline Company of America, Grantee, recorded in Deed Book 1045 at Page 635
in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas and
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) cash in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, City of Little Rock hereby grants, bargains,
sells, conveys and warrants unto Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America,
its successors and assigns, a permanent pipeline easement described as •
follows: •
A pipe line easement located in the Little Rock
Port Industrial Park Subdivision to the City of
Little Rock, Sections 16 and 21, Township 1 North,
Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land described as being bounded
by a line 25 feet westerly and another line 100

South right-of-way line of said Frazier Pike; thence
continuing South 11° 07' 29" West 46. 18 feet to a
point; thence South 17° 14' 27" West 1 , 263.34 feet
to the intersection of said line and the South line of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 21, said intersection being South 88° 47'
55" East 1, 148. 18 feet from the Southwest corner of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 21.
Less and except a parcel of land described as
beginning at the Southwest corner of Tract D,
Area 101 of said Little Rock Port Industrial Park
Subdivision; thence South 88° 37' 31" East 10.14 feet

less and except parcel contains 0.07 acres more
or less.
Said pipe line easement contains 13.0 acres,
more or less.
The foregoing corrected easement description is reflected on the Plat
prepared by Garver & Garver, Inc. , Engineers, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
All of the other provisions of the ins trument referred to above which is
being corrected by this Correction Right of Way Easement remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has set its hand and seal as of the
day and year first above written.
