A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE WITHHOLDING OF A
BUILDING PERMIT TO RALPH SULLIVAN FOR A PERIOD
OF SIXTY DAYS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. In keeping with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 11, 388 , as amended, those authorities responsible in the
premises are hereby ordered and directed to withhold issuing
a building permit requested by Mr. Ralph Sullivan for property
located within the proposed River Mountain Park facilities
for a period of sixty (60) days during which time the City
will determine whether or not public funds are available for
the acquisition of the property involved.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
