A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE A SUBCONTRACT WITH THE
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY OF PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS UNDER THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS AS PRIME SPONSOR FOR UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR MANPOWER PRO-
GRAMS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to negotiate with the Director of Economic Opportunity
Agency of Pulaski County, Arkansas a subcontract wherein said
Agency will carry out for the City of Little Rock, as prime
contractor, the programs of the United States Department of
Labor in Pulaski County, Arkansas identified as Neighborhood
Youth Corps I and II and Operation Mainstream.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
