A RESOLUTION AMENDING MODEL CITIES FOURTH
YEAR BUDGET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Model Cities Fourth Year Budget , approved
and adopted by the City of Little Rock under Resolution No.
5037 adopted July 17 , 1973 , is hereby amended as set out on
the attached Exhibit "A" .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

Model Cities Budget changes are requested for the
• EAST LITTLE ROCK following:
COMMUNITY COMPLEX
I . Career Opportunities Program
Increase the hourly rate of teacher
aides from $1 .75 to $1 .88. No ad-
I. ditional funds are needed . Funds
to cover the increases will be taken
from the Line Item "Teacher Retirement."
II . South End Family Service Center
Change the name of this project to
"City of Little Rock Social Services."
Add one (I ) Social Service Aide I at
$4,920/yr. and two (2) Clerk-Stenos
(F3-1 for 10 months at $8,000) . Funds
are available from Arkansas Social Ser-
vices.
III . Health Science Project
Increase the Line Item "Living Allowance"
from $16,515 to $20,240. Funds for the
summer were overlooked in the budget. No
additional funds are needed.
