5040 RESOLUTION NO. 5,040
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED
STATES CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION FOR A
TECHNICAL STUDY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a Contract Agreement with the United States Civil Service
Commission for the purpose of a technical study of personnel
system and records for the total consideration of $13 , 607. 00.
Funds for this project have been provided by Housing and Urban
Development 701 Planning Funds.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
