RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF 10TH, 11TH, 12TH,
GEYER, AND LAST STREETS, THE ALLEYS IN BLOCKS 9 AND 10
OF HANGER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
THE ALLEY IN CLEAGE'S SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 13th day of July, 1973 , asking
the Board of Directors to vacate, abandon, and close portions of 10th, 11th,
12th, Geer, and Last Streets, the alley in Cleage's Subdivision, and the
alleys in blocks 9 and 10 of Hanger's Addition, subject, however, to any
public utility easements located in said streets and alleys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meet-
ing of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o'clock P.M. ,
on the 21st day of August , 1973.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in
a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
