5033 RESOLUTION NO. 5,033
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF
THE MASTER STREET PLAN AS TO A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE
OF A BUILDING PERMIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The provisions of the Master Street Plan
are hereby waived as applicable to Lot 12 , Block 6 , Success
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas and those of the staff responsible are hereby authorized
to issue a building permit for improvements on said property
complying in all other particulars with ordinances , rules
and regulations of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
