A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY TO COMPLY
WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL LAW PER-
TAINING TO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IN THE
4TH YEAR MODEL CITIES PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby commits herself
to comply in all particulars with all provisions of the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies
Act of 1970 of the Federal Government as pertains to the 4th
Year Model Cities Program in the City of Little Rock. The
City Manager and all other responsible city officials and per-
sonnel are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and
all documents as may be required to comply with this Resolution
and the said Federal law herein identified.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
