A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN AUDITOR FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTT,F ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Lynn Lloyd and Company, certified public
accountants , is hereby employed as auditors for the City of
Little Rock and in such capacity shall serve at the will of
the Board of Directors .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
