A RESOLUTION COMMENDING DR. ROBIN JONES
FOR IMPROVEMENT WORK AT THE HILLCREST
SHOPPING CENTER.
I
WHEREAS, Dr . Robin Jones has restored a major building
complex at Kavanaugh and Beech Streets; and
WHEREAS, greater efforts must be directed by all public
and private agencies and all citizens of this
City toward making this City a more attractive
place in which to live; and
WHEREAS, this restoration and improvement work have
contributed to, and is a major improvement to ,
this neighborhood shopping area; and
WHEREAS, this restoration has made this neighborhood
more attractive and livable; and
WHEREAS, this restoration has made possible other restora-
tions in this neighborhood;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors for and on
behalf of the citizens of this com-
munity would by this Resolution
commend Dr . Robin Jones , not only
for his efforts in this restoration
work, but also for having enough
confidence in the future of this
neighborhood to make a major capital
investment in it.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
