A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PLANNING
CONSULTANTS FOR THE PREPARATION AND DRAFTING
OF A SIGN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $10 ,000 . 00 ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an employment contract with planning consultants
knowledgeable in the field for the purpose of planning and
drafting a sign ordinance for consideration of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock at a consideration not
to exceed the sum of $10 ,000 . 00 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
