5017 RESOLUTION NO. 5,017
A RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING AGAINST THE RELOCATION
OF THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DIVISION SERVICE
FACILITIES FROM THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION OF SUCH
FACILITIES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The responsible authorities of the Employment
Security Division and the State of Arkansas are hereby requested
and encouraged not to remove the Employment Security Division
Service Facilities situated in downtown Little Rock to a loca-
tion away from the downtown area.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
