5015 RESOLUTION NO. 5,015
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PREPARE, EXECUTE AND MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
ARKANSAS COMMISSION ON CRIME & LAW ENFORCEMENT
FOR LEAA FUNDS FOR A NEW POLICE COMMUNITY
RELATIONS GRANT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock, is hereby authorized to prepare, execute and
make application with the Arkansas Commission on Crime
& La w En-
forcement for LEAA funds in the amount of $84, 504.00 to be used
for Police Community Relations purposes. It is understood that
the State will match this grant with 10% cash in the amount of
$11, 266.00 and that the City of Little Rock' s matching share of 15%
in the amount of $37, 594.00 will be all in-kind services.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
