RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCKS7,.1AND 10, PINE HILL ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25th day of May
19 73 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon a portion
of 23rd street described as follows:
The Eastl5.5 feet of 23rd Street between Block ll and Block
10, Pine Hill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
This portion of street is designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Book 292 , Page 319 , in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7;30 o'clock
P.M. , on the 17th day of July , 1973
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
