A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR STREET
RESURFACING AND SLURRY SEAL COATING FOR CITY
STREETS ; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for street resur-
facing and slurry seal coating on City streets ; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bidder
has been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the resurfacing and slurry seal coating of streets
in the City of Little Rock.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
a contract to resurface City streets and to provide slurry
seal coating is hereby accepted and a contract awarded as follows:

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the aforementioned items and
completion of the work complying in all respects with bidding
specifications and bid proposal , the City Manager and Director
of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
necessary warrant or warrants in payment of said contract price .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
