5005 RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,005
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
MAKE APPLICATION FOR CRIME COMMISSION FUNDS WITH
THE METROPOLITAN CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL FOR
FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM IN COOPERATION WITH THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL COURT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized , acting
for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock to prepare and
submit an application for Crime Commission Funds with the
Metropolitan Criminal Justice Council for First Offender
Program (Court Probation Program E-4) in the amount of $19 , 755 . 00
it being understood that the local share of the City of Little
Rock in the amount of $6 , 585 . 00 will be provided by In-Kind
services .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
