5004 RESOLUTION NO. 5,004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR
LEAA FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf
of the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to prepare
and file an application with the Arkansas Commission on Crime
and Law Enforcement for LEAA funds in the amount of $3 ,525 . 00
to be used for the purchase of additional equipment needed for
the bomb disposal unit of the Little Rock Fire Department.
The City ' s matching share of 25% will be In-Kind services.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
