A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR SUMMER YOUTH TEMP-
ORARY EMPLOYEES; WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An exceptional situation having been determined
to exist, the City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase
accident insurance for 315 summer youth temporary employees
from the Continental Casualty Company at a premium cost of
Ten ($10 . 00) dollars per employee for three (3) summer months
of 1973 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
