RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS IN
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 135 OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the sole remaining Commissioner of Sewer Improvement
District No. 135 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has reported that Merton
A. Wallace, one of the Commissioners of the Board has moved from
the State of Arkansas, and that Fred L. Pulliam, the Chairman of
the Board is now deceased, and it is necessary that a successor be
appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Improvement of said
District; and
WHEREAS, said remaining Commissioner has recommended the appoint-
ment of Orville A. Wise, Jr. as a successor Commissioner on the
Board of Improvement of said improvement district and that he is a
property owner in the District, and a person of integrity and good
business ability.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that Orville A. Wise, Jr. be, and he
is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Improvement of Sewer
Improvement District No. 135 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and he is
directed to take his oath of office within ten days of this appoint-
ment, and enter upon his duties.
