A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
ACCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT IN THE FAVOR OF
LITTLE ROCK-PULASKI DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 2 ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Temporary Construction Access Right-of-way Easement
in favor of the Little Rock-Pulaski Drainage District No. 2 to be
used as a means on ingress and egress for the purpose of removing
spoils from certain lands in the vicinity of the sump area being
constructed by said Little Rock-Pulaski Drainage District No. 2 .
The description of the Easement herein authorized, which the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute , is as follows :
A 20 foot strip of temporary construction access right-of-way
across a portion of the right-of-way of East Roosevelt Road
located in the Northeast 1/4 , Northeast 1/4 , Section 14 , and the
Northwest 1/4 , Northwest 1/4 , Section 13 , both in Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas and more particularly
described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 14;
thence North 88° West 100 . 72 feet to a point;
thence parallel to and 10 ' West of the East right-
of-way line of the CRIP Railroad South 1°43 ' 50"
West 357 feet to the point of beginning on the
North right-of-way line of East Roosevelt Road;
thence from the point of beginning 10 feet left and
10 feet right of a line described as running from
the point of beginning South 1°43 ' 50" West 80
feet to a point; thence South 60° East approximately
120 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line
of East Roosevelt Road, said parcel containing . 1
acres , more or less .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
