A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ,
INC. TO PROVIDE A CENTER LINE AND RIGHT-OF-
WAY SURVEY ON RODNEY PARHAM ROAD BETWEEN 12th
STREET AND HIGHWAY 10 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
employ Environmental Design, Inc. to provide the City with
information determining, fixing and identifying the center-
line and right-of-way lines for Rodney Parham Road between
12th Street and Highway 10 for a consideration not to exceed
the sum of $10 ,000 . 00 . It is a condition of this employment
that fifty (50%) percent of the total cost for said surveys
is to be provided by Pulaski County.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
