A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN ITEMS FOR USE BY THE
CITY AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WARE-
HOUSE GARAGE ; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received in response thereto according to law for the purchase
of certain items for use by the City of Little Rock and the
construction of a warehouse garage at the East Little Rock
Community Complex ; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsive and responsible bidders
have been determined and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock to award contracts to
the lowest responsible and responsive bidders.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The lowest responsible and responsive bids on
certain items for use by the City of Little Rock and the con-
struction of a warehouse garage are hereby accepted and contracts
awarded as follows :

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery and/or construction of the above
named items complying in all respects with bidding specifications ,

the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
of the contract price.
SECTION 3 . The cost for providing the Warehouse Garage
shall be paid for from funds provided in Model Cities Budget
for such purpose.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
