A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 4393 ADOPTED JUNE 1 , 1970 PERTAINING TO
THE COOPERATIVE AREA MANPOWER PLANNING SYSTEM
AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT
OF LABOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Resolution #4393 of the Board of
Directors adopted June 1 , 1970 pertaining to cooperative area
manpower planning system as funded by the United States Depart-
ment of Labor is hereby amended to read as follows :
"Section 2 . The City Manager shall administer the
funds and program herein authorized and provided
for by Section 1 hereof and is further authorized
to negotiate with the United States Department
of Labor and the Governor of the State of Arkansas
to realign the boundaries of the manpower planning
district to be involved hereunder. "
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
