A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED
FROM METROPOLITAN TRUST COMPANY TO A
CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO BE USED FOR
DRAINAGE AND OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock , Arkansas , does
hereby accept a Quitclaim Deed from the Metropolitan Trust
Company for a parcel of land to be used for drainage and
other purposes , which parcel of land as described as follows :
The strip of land approximately 13 . 7 feet in
width shown as a drainage ditch on the plat
of certain lots in Oak Glen Addition to the
City of Little Rock filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, on June 10 , 1944 and now appearing of
record in said office in Plat Book 4 , page 64 ,
said strip of land (drainage ditch) extending
from the West line of Vance Street Westerly
along the South lines of Lots 9 and 27 , Block 2 ,
and from the West line of Bragg Street North-
westerly along the Southwest lines of Lots 17
and 1 , Block 1 , Oak Glen Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , as shown on the afore-
mentioned plat.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
