A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLICY WITH REGARD
TO THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE, WASTE , TRASH,
AND REFUSE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. From and after the adoption of this Resolution
employees of the City of Little Rock charged with the respon-
sibility of collecting garbage, waste , trash and refuse where
the collection thereof is made from a street as opposed to an
alley way, shall not be required to replace the containers of
such material to the place from which it was removed and nor-
mally stored, but shall place same adjacent to and back of
the curb of the street at the point where the collection is
made.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
