RESOLUTION NO. 4,950
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock , Arkansas, in a duly called and constituted meeting:
1. That the mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City of
Little Rock to execute an Easement to the Water Department of the
City of North Little Rock for the purposes of laying, operating,
removing, altering, inspecting, repairing and maintaining a water
line over said easement.
2. That said Easement will be on the following described
property located on Riverfront Drive, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas:
A ten (.10) foot permanent easement in the
Northwest Quarter (NA) , Section 2 , Township
1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Ar-
kansas, for the construction and maintenance
of a water line.
Said ea::,ement to be five (5) feet either side
of the -rater line as constructed; easement
shall begin at the center of Pier 12 of the
new Main Street Bridge; thence run south-
weste:rl"p twenty (20) feet more or less to a
point; ehence run easterly adjacent and
parallel to and twenty (20) feet north of
the existing center line of Riverfront Drive
a distance of two hundred twenty-six (226)
feet more or less to a point, said point
being s:1x (6) feet more or less west of the
old ! ain Street Bridge ; thence run southerly
ninety-three (93) feet more or less to a
point, said point being the point of tie-in
to existing sixteen (16") inch water main
and also end of easement.
Passed and approved by the Board of Directors of the City of
