A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING AN ENGINEER TO PREPARE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STORM
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AREA OF MARKHAM
STREET AND JOHN BARROW ROAD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 : Mr. Finley Williams , registered professional
engineer is hereby retained to prepare plans and specifications
for storm drainage improvements in the area of Markham Street
and John Barrow Road necessitated by reason of the relocation
of John Barrow Road at a cost for such services not to exceed
the sum of $800.00.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
