A RESOLUTION EXTENDING TO THE CHICAGO,
ROCK ISLAND AND PACIFIC RAILWAY CROSSING
PRIVILEGES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The rights , privileges , duties and respon-
sibilities conveyed to and assumed by the Chicago , Rock
Island and Pacific Railway Company pertaining to installation ,
operation and maintenance of railway traffic in , upon and
across certain public streets , all as provided for and enu-
merated in Ordinances #7015 and 12 ,617 of the City of Little
Rock are hereby extended for a period of six months from the
date of the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
