4945 RESOLUTION NO. 4 ,945
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM FAIRVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH FOR A PARCEL
OF LAND TO BE USED AS A PUBLIC STREET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock , Arkansas does hereby
accept a Dedication Deed from Fairview Baptist Church to a
parcel of land to be used for the purpose of a public street ,
said parcel described as follows :
The East Ten (10) feet of Lots Five (5) and
Six (6) , Block Seven (7) , Ruebel and Leymer ' s
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
