A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FAIR MARKET
VALUE OF THE PROPERTY IN THE CENTENNIAL
PARK PROJECT ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. It is the purpose of this Resolution to estab-
lish for the benefit of the Housing and Urban Renewal Development
of the Federal Government the fair market value of the property
comprising the projected Centennial Park Project and related in-
formation as required by Federal regulations , all as follows :
1 . Fair market value is $55 ,000 . 00
2 . Owner : Little Rock Public School System
Legal Description : Lots 1-12 , Block 22 ,
Centennial Park Addition, City of Little
Rock , Arkansas .
3. Bounded by Battery Street on the west , 15th
Street on the north, Wolfe Street on the east
and 16th Street on the South.
4 . Appraisers :

SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
