A RESOLUTION RENEWING FOR THE YEAR 1973
AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATORS FRANCHISE OF
A-1 AMBULANCE SERVICE , INC. , WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF THE NECESSARY PERMIT ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , A-1 Ambulance Service , Inc. has applied for renewal
of its ambulance service operators franchise for 1973 within the
City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , the said A-1 Ambulance Service , Inc. has complied
with all provisions of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to re-
newal of said franchise; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors to renew
the franchise for A-1 Ambulance Service , Inc. , for the year 1973 .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The franchise heretofore awarded to A-1 Ambulance
Service, Inc. as an ambulance service operator in the City of Little
Rock, is hereby renewed for the year 1973 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
