A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH TELCOM ENGINEERING
COMPANY FOR TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH CABLE TELEVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized, acting
for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , to
execute a contract with Telcom Engineering Company of St. Louis ,
Missouri for a technical study of the possibilities of cable
television in the City of Little Rock , taking into consideration
publicly owned cable television, privately owned cable television
or a partnership between the City and a private firm. Said
costs for this study is estimated to be approximately $12 ,000 . 00 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
