A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY TO MAINTAIN
PARK STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH INTER-
STATE HIGHWAY 430 AS A PUBLIC ACCESS TO A
PLANNED PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE SERVING THE PATRONS
OF TERRY SCHOOL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Federal Highway Administration and the State
Highway Commission are hereby assured of the commitment of the City
of Little Rock to maintain Park Street at its intersection with
Interstate Highway 430 lying adjacent to the North of Lots 8 -
9 - 10 - 11 - and 12 of the Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock as a public access to the proposed pedestrian bridge
serving patrons of Terry School.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
