RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
APPROVING A CLARIFYING AMENDMENT TO
THE URBAN RENEWAL. PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL
LITTLE ROCK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, ARK R-12
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1972, under the provisions of Resolution No. 4824,
the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, approved
the Revised Urban Renewal Plan for the Central Little Rock Urban Renewal
Project, ARK R-12; and
WHEREAS, for the purpose of technical clarification, it is necessary
and desirable to amend said Plan to include the following:
C2b(6) Reclassifying Use Districts
No Use District Reclassification may be approved without
the prior written recommendation or approval of the
Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
; and
WHEREAS, all required preliminary approvals of said amendment
have been given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that:
The following amendment to page 26, paragraph C2b (6) , of the
Urban Renewal Plan for the Central Little Rock Urban Renewal Project,
ARK R-12, dated July 5, 1972, be and hereby is, in all respects
approved:
C2b (6) Reclassifying Use Districts
No Use District Reclassification may be approved without
the prior written recommendation or approval of the
Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
