A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING AND ESTABLISHING
SALARIES FOR THE GOLF PROFESSIONALS AT
REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE AND WAR MEMORIAL
GOLF COURSE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Effective January 1 , 1973 , the annual salary
for the golf professionals at Rebsamen Park Golf Course and
War Memorial Park Golf Course to be paid by the City shall be
ten thousand ($10 ,000 . 00) dollars each.
SECTION 2 . Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1
hereof, the golf professional at Rebsamen Park Golf Course
shall reimburse the City the difference between a salary of
$5 , 450 . 00 annually as provided for by Resolution #4756 , adopted
March 8 , 1972 and the $10 ,000 . 00 salary provided by Section 1
hereof, together with such FICA contribution as the City may
make based on the salary herein authorized. Likewise , the golf
professional at War Memorial Park Golf Course shall reimburse
the City the difference between $5 ,600 . 00 annual salary as
provided for by said Resolution #4756 and the salary herein
authorized together with such FICA contributions as may be
made by the City based on the salary herein authorized. Reim-
bursement to the City shall be made semi-monthly simultaneously
with each pay period for said employee covering the period for
which such payroll is applicable.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
