A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INTERVENTION
OF THE CITY IN THE NOW PENDING INCORPORATION
PROCEEDINGS IN THE COUNTY COURT OF PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed, acting for and on behalf of the City
of Little Rock, in filing the necessary intervention in and
protest to the incorporation petition now pending in the
County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas , designed to enable
the City at a hearing on said Petition to be held December
27 , 1972 to resist with all legal means the pending incor-
poration of an area of land lying South of and adjacent to
the corporate limits of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
