19244ORDINANCE NO. 19,244 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -7729 — Part of Lot 6, John D. Shackleford Acres Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 6; thence West from the South line of Lot 6 a distance of 227.8 feet to a point; thence NO °21' East a distance of 232.7 feet to an existing iron pin; thence East 47 feet to a point on the Southerly right -of -way of Denny Road; thence S52 °39' East a distance of 223.64 feet to the intersection of the South right -of- way of Denny Road and the East line of said Lot 6; thence SO1 °28' West along said East line of Lot 6 a distance of 97 feet to the point of beginning, U D Lot 7, John D. Shackleford Acres Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being a subdivision of the SE '/4 of the SW 1/4 and East 1/2 of the SW '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 35, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, except the West 75 feet thereof. From "R -2" Single Family District to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial District (18303 Denny Road and 18900/18904 Kanis Road) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
