A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR STEEL
ROOF FRAMING ON MAINTENANCE BUILDING AT
BOYLE PARK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase
of steel roof framing for a maintenance building at Boyle
Park; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
has been determined and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors to authorize the purchase of the steel roof framing
from the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
steel roof framing for a maintenance building at Boyle Park
is hereby accepted and a contract awarded as follows :

Contract awarded to Arkansas Foundry Company
1423 East Sixth Street
Little Rock, Arkansas
Purchase Price : $3,013. 78.
SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the steel roof framing
complying in all respects with bidding specifications and the
bid proposal, the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary war-
rant or warrants in payment of said purchase price.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
