A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT TO
FURNISH FIRE PROTECTION TO THE LITTLE ROCK
YACHT CLUB MARINA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the standard agreement as authorized by Ordinance
No. 10 , 750 to provide fire protection service to the Little
Rock Yacht Club Marina for a period of one (1) year commencing
May 1, 1972 and ending April 30 , 1973 , it being the under-
standing that the said Agreement shall provide for the con-
siderations payable to the City as required by said Ordinance
No. 10 , 750 . 00
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
