A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF
MINUTE ORDER NO. 72376 OF THE ARKANSAS
STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Receipt of Minute Order No. 72376 of the
Arkansas State Highway Department , dated August 23 , 1972 ,
pertaining to the temporary closing of two East-bound lanes
of Highway #10 between State and Ashley Streets in the City
of Little Rock is hereby acknowledged.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
