A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM MEADOWCLIFF BAPTIST CHURCH FOR A
STRIP OF LAND TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES
OF A PUBLIC STREET AND INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts a
Dedication Deed from Meadowcliff Baptist Church to the following
described real property to be used for the purposes of a public
street and installation and maintenance of public utilities ,
said lands lying and being situate in the County of Pulaski ,
State of Arkansas , to-wit :
PART of the SE4 , SE4 , Section 24 , T-1-N
Range-l3-West , described as :
Beginning at a point 77 feet East of the SW
corner of said SE4 SE4 , thence East along
the South line of said SE4 SE4 a distance of
260 . 26 feet, thence North 30 feet, thence West
156 . 74 , thence around a curve to the left ,
having a radius of 193 . 36 feet , to the inter-
section of the South line of said SE4 SE4.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
