A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4 ,754 ' s
DESCRIPTION AND PURCHASE PRICE FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY OF A ROAD OR STREET TO
THE ARKANSAS POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY FOR THE
TOTAL SUM OF TWO THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED, EIGHTY
DOLLARS ($2 , 180 . 00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Arkansas Power and Light Company has
accepted, subject to the final approval of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, an offer for the conveyance of an
Easement for Right of Way for a road or a street for vehicular
traffic over and across certain land of the Little Rock Port Indust-
rial Park District, owned by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
said offer is for Two Thousand Dollars ($2 , 000 . 00) per acre for a
total consideration of Two Thousand, One Hundred, Eighty Dollars
($2 ,180 . 00) with the City of Little Rock retaining title to the
underlying fee in the said property. The Right of Way to be conveyed
to the Arkansas Power and Light Company is located in Pulaski County.
The tract of land under consideration is more particularly described
as follows :
A right-of-way across part of the NW4 of the NE4 of
Section 21 , Township 1 North, Range 11 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas , more particularly described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly right-of-way line
of the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, 544 . 04
feet North of the South line of the NW4 of the NE4 of
said Section 21; thence North 17° 56 ' 45" East 745
feet, more or less , along said right-of-way line to the
South right-of-way line of Frazier Pike; thence South
88° 47 ' 31" East 63 feet, more or less , along the South
right of way line of Frazier Pike ; thence South 170 56 '
45" West 598 feet, more or less, along a line 60 feet
from and parallel to the East right-of-way line of the
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America; thence South
10 33 ' 10" West 141 feet; thence North 880 47 ' 55" West
104 feet, more or less , to the point of BEGINNING.

SECTION 2 . The offer to purchase the Easement for Right
of Way as set out in the Offer and Acceptance dated October 29 ,
1971 , attached to this Resolution and incorporated therein by
reference is hereby approved and accepted by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, and the mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Little Rock an
easement of Right of Way in accordance herewith; and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to attest this Easement of Right
of Way upon the payment of the said Two Thousand, One Hundred,
Eighty Dollars ($2 ,180 . 00) .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

A right of way across part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NW4NE4) of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range
11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
