A RESOLUTION APPOINTING HERBERT H. MCADAMS
AS A MEMBER OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
PARKING AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Herbert H. McAdams is hereby appointed
to a five (5) year term as a member of the Little Rock Municipal
Parking Authority commencing August 3, 1972 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
