A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ART
CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby ap-
pointed to four (4) year terms as members of the Board of
Trustees of the Arkansas Art Center commencing October 1, 1972 :
Mrs . Frank E. McGhee
Mr . H. G. Frost, Jr .
Mr . Gordon Wittenburg
Mrs . Belle Spatz
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
form and after its adoption.
