RESOLUTION NO. 4,848
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR CURB
AND GUTTER WORK IN BOYLE PARK AND FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE MOTOR GRADER; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase
of one motor grader and for curb and gutter work to be per-
formed in Boyle Park; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidders
have been determined and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock to authorize the purchase
of the grader and the curb and gutter work in Boyle Park from
the lowest responsible and responsive bidders .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bids on
a motor grader and curb and gutter work for Boyle Park are
hereby accepted and contracts awarded as follows :
One motor grader for Little Rock Road Machinery $35 ,656 .00
Street Department P. O. Box 3140 -15 , 743 .00 trade in
Alternate No. 1 Little Rock, Arkansas - 370 . 00 difference

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the grader and completion of
the work in Boyle Park the City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary
warrant or warrants in payment of said contract price. All
equipment and work shall comply in all respects with bidding
specifications and the bid proposal.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
